The 87th Judicial District Court has been set for Monday, June 29, and Tuesday, June 30, at the Freestone County Courthouse. The Honorable Judge Amy Thomas Ward will be presiding.
The court will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday. Court is set from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday as well.
The case being heard is J.C. Nolan Co., LLC; Permian Express Partners, LLC Vs. Patrick Shawn Todd; Todd Interests, LLC; Knox Built, LLC; and Knox Built Freestone, LLC.
