The 96th Annual Teague 4th of July will be held next week, July 2-4, at the Teague Rodeo Arena. Nightly performances will begin at 8:00 p.m. Slack will be held on Thursday and Friday night after the rodeo.
A parade will kick-off the festivities at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday night. The line-up will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Circle Hardware. Awards will be given to the Best Decorated Bicycle, Best Decorated Family entry, and Best Decorated Business entry by the Teague Chamber of Commerce.
Those competing in the Best Dressed Cowboy and Cowgirls contest need to meet at the Teague Hotel by 5:30 p.m. Kiddos must be able to ride through the parade with no assistance. The winners will win a belt buckle and be announced each night of the rodeo.
