Freestone County commissioners approved a request by Crystal Smith, general manager of the South Freestone County Water Supply District, to award a contract with Traylor & Associates for administrative services.
The court took this step at its Oct. 16 meeting, when the commissioners also approved several more SB 22 purchases; accepted donated jail uniforms; learned of two new security cameras that had been installed; and made other decisions concerning the finances and well-being of the county.
