The Grand Band from Eagleland competed at the State Military Marching Band Contest at Baylor University on Wednesday, Oct. 30, for the first time in school history.
“The energy and dedication these students have shown this year is overwhelming,” band director Russell Holland said. “We knew great things were going to happen from the start.”
Out of 12 bands at the state competition, Fairfield took 10th place overall.
