Fairfield senior running back Jaylon Shed put together three straight 100+ yard rushing performances in the month of November. He carried 14 times for 130 yards and a score in a Nov. 1 loss to Westwood. Shed followed up with 169 rushing yards on 23 carried and two all-purpose touchdowns on Nov. 8 in a win over Crockett. In Fairfield’s bi-district playoff victory over Orangefield on Nov. 15, Shed carried 20 times for 162 yards and a score. He also caught three passes for 48 yards in that game.
