The Fairfield Lady Eagles traveled to Buffalo last Tuesday, Dec. 10, and dominated the Lady Bison 55-12 to move to 2-0 in district play.
The Lady Eagles took a 15-5 lead in the first quarter. Fairfield outscored Buffalo 9-3 in the second quarter to increase their lead to 24-8 at halftime.
The Lady Eagles came out in the third quarter and put 22 points on the board while holding the Lady Bison to just a basket to take a 46-10 lead into the final quarter of play. Fairfield outscored Buffalo 9-2 in the fourth quarter to bring home the 55-12 road win.
