6 to 8 p.m. – Freestone Medical Center and ACP Health are presenting a Fairfield Town Hall at the hospital, 125 Newman St., Fairfield. Meet the new ER physician group, hospital leaders and providers. There will also be an informational session with questions-and-answers.
Thursday, Jan. 23
5:30 p.m. – The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce annual awards banquet, with theme “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” will take place at Twisted Vines Event Center. Tickets are $40 each or a table of 8 for $320. For more information or to purchase tickets, call 903-389-5782.

Through tax season – Due to lack of tax preparation staff, Fairfield Tax Aide will no longer be preparing tax returns for area residents. We will greatly miss serving the community. Tax Aide is also located in Waco and you will be able to get your return completed by Tax Aide in Waco for free by calling 254-752-1647 and visiting Neighborworks, 922 Franklin Avenue,, Waco.
