Blake Phillips, a junior at Fairfield High School, placed first in his class and in the drive for the calf champion with his project, Missy, on Sunday, Jan. 26. After the show, the Limousin Association, awarded Phillips as third overall showman of the Junior Limousin Show. Proud parents are Daniel and Jamie Phillips.
