Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas, in partnership with the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, will host the Fairfield Hiring Fair on Friday, March 28, from 9 a.m. to noon. The event will be held at The Greenbarn, located at 839 E. Commerce St., Fairfield.
More than 15 businesses will be in attendance, including Freestone Lake and Golf LLC, City of Fairfi eld, and Fairfield Nursing & Rehabilitation. Representatives from participating employers will be on-site during the event, allowing attendees to engage directly with representatives and apply for positions onsite for immediate consideration. Job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and bring multiple copies of their resumes.
Last year’s event drew more than 100 job seekers, reflecting the critical role this event plays in supporting local economic growth.

Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas serves businesses and job seekers in Bosque, Falls, Freestone, Hill, Limestone, and Mc-Lennan counties and operates as one of 28 local workforce development boards under the direction and funding of the Texas Workforce Commission.
