Fairfield Mayor Kenneth Hughes signs a proclamation on Saturday, March 30, at the Easter Eggstravaganza declaring Saturday, May 4, as Lemonade Day in Fairfield. Lemonade Day is a free, fun, experiential learning program that teaches youth how to start, own and operate their own business – a lemonade stand.
