Show of Wheels draws large crowd to downtown Fairfield
There were a total of 174 entries at the 26th Annual Show of Wheels hosted by the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, Sept. 7, at the Freestone County Courthouse. Mike Seale, a native from Teague, shows off his art gallery “Classic Wheels” on Friday evening, Sept. 6, at the Trinity Star Art Gallery in Fairfield during the 26th Annual Show of Wheels. Seale, who now resides in Sugar Land, began drawing Disney characters in the second grade and still has passion for art in his 70’s. Lady Eagles play 8 matches, going 3-5
It was a busy week for the Fairfield Lady Eagles last week as they got in eight matches. They faced some tough competition and went 3-5 on the week to move to 13-11 overall on the season. Just in case you were wondering, as of today, September 1, 2024, it is 61 days until Halloween, 89 days until Thanksgiving, 116 Days until Christmas, and 122 days until New Year’s Eve, just in case you were wondering.
