The Teague Lions basketball team bounced back from a Jan. 7 road loss at Mexia with a 50-40 home win over Elkhart on Friday, Jan 10. The Texas Senate’s chief budget writer said state agencies and higher education institutions have requested nearly $25 billion in funding as the legislative session gets underway. State Sen.
