Critics say a House bill proposing $7.5 billion in new funding for public education doesn’t go far enough, The Dallas Morning News reported. The Teague Public Library has been hosting activities during spring break. They played bingo Mponday, with Avery Satterwhite, 11, calling to about 70 players. They learned about butterflies through song and dance with Ms. Maria on Tuesday. On Wednesday, they had arts and crafts with the Nevill Sisters. They’ll learn all about Texas snakes at 2 p.m. Thursday, and they’ll have a pizza party and see a movie at 2 p.m. Friday. 03/12/2025 11:00 PM
