A miracle among the sawdust on a Saturday
The trucks began arriving in the early morning of a crisp and cold Saturday. They came from all over town and pulled into the Brookshires Grocery Store parking lot, stepping out into the cold and shaking hands while huddled around an open tailgate. To the casual passerby, this appeared to be a strange fraternity of pickup truck owners gathered for their monthly meeting. Persevere and grow closer to Christ during the hard times…
Seven years ago on Feb. 2, 2018, Katy and I went out on a triple date at Rancho in Teague with Michael & Melissa Grissett and Jeremy & Adrian Little. We enjoyed dinner together and then Katy and I stayed in the parking lot for a while talking. The rest is history. There have been mountains and valleys over the past seven years, but I am so thankful that God gave me Katy as my wife. We have been through a lot, especially with COVID, but we keep pushing on as we try to draw closer to Christ. 01/31/2025 08:23 PM
